We are looking for:

Full-time position

Seasonal worker

Become a permanent member of our great team!

Responsibilities:
  • seed packaging by hand or with robotic stacker
  • operating seed cleaning machines
  • completing orders
  • working elevator/scale
  • accepting truck deliveries of soybeans
  • loading trucks and vans with finished product
  • quality inspection control
Work-Environment:
  • diverse responsibilities, fast-paced at times, dusty/dirty and physically demanding at times
Desired attributes:
  • cleanliness, attention to detail, punctual, fast paced worker, problem solver, self-initiative driven
Required criteria:
  • Young, fit, and energetic
  • G-license and dependable vehicle
  • fast learner 
  • must be able to lift 66 lb/30kg bags repetitively for a short of time
Beneficial criteria:
  • farm work experience
  • hands on with fixing or improving elements (carpentry, minor electrical, mechanical),
  • forklift license 
  • flexible hours (work some weekends, etc..)
Start date: ASAP
Normal hours per week: 40; Mon-Fri (8-5)
Required license or certification: Driver's Licence

Minimum requirements:
  • tractor driving experience, driver’s license 
  • must be able to lift up to 30kg repetitively. 
Required attributes include:
  • quick learner, punctual, attention to detail. 
Tasks would include:
  • tractor driving, tillage work, wagon hauling, and seed packaging. 
Planting:
Duration of employment is from the beginning of April to mid/late June. 
Harvest:
Duration of employment is from beginning September to beginning/mid December.

Roundup Ready® 2 Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate. Products with XtendFlex® Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate, glufosinate and dicamba. Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate and dicamba. Glyphosate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glyphosate. Dicamba will kill crops that are not tolerant to dicamba. Glufosinate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glufosinate.
